The Music of Tom Petty - Bob Burger & Friends

Bob Burger & Friends will rock you with an incredible tribute to the music of Tom Petty that covers the entire career of this incredible and prolific artist including his work with the Heartbreakers, the Traveling Wilburys and as a solo artist. The band has performed the Tom Petty show throughout the New Jersey/New York area, most recently at Asbury Park’s legendary Paramount Theatre, playing smash hits such as Free Falling, Refugee, The Waiting and American Girl; as well as some special rarities.

 In addition to Burger on Vocals/Guitar, the band includes Lisa Sherman - Vocals, John Merjave - Guitar/Vocals, Joe Bellia - drums, Arne Wendt - Keyboards and Mitch Burger - Bass. 

Bob Burger is an acclaimed NJ Shore and Gold Record awarded singer/songwriter known for his work with Styx, Donnie Iris, Glen Burtnik and The Weeklings whose recordings are in heavy rotation on Sirius/XM radio. Burger has performed with Paul McCartney, Bruce Springsteen, Jon Bon Jovi, Billy Joel, Southside Johnny and many others. Lisa Sherman has performed on Broadway as well as at Radio City Music hall with the NYC Rockettes. She currently works with Academy award winning composer/producer Franke Previte on her ìDecades of Divasî musical and dramatic production. John Merjave is a member of The Weeklings, the ìBeatleFestî house band and other national shows performing with Billy Preston, Donovan, Denny Laine and many others. Joe Bellia is a highly sought after drummer/percussionist whose credits include The Weeklings, Bruce Springsteen, Jon Bon Jovi, Southside Johnny, Dave Mason and many others. Arne Wendt is best known for performances with Jon Bon Jovi, Darlene Love and Bobby Bandiera.
