Gord’s Gold - "The Music of Gordon Lightfoot"

In 2023, we lost Gordon Lightfoot, one of the greatest folk musicians of our generation. He had many top 10 hits in the 60s and 70s, including the number 1 hits “Sundown,” “Carefree Highway,” and “The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald.” The Danjos and Friends have tried to bring the energy his songs had during Lightfoot’s heyday. You’ll hear all of the great songs you remember. The band is made up of long-time Jersey Shore musicians John O’Neill on guitar and vocals, Dan Corboy on guitar and vocals, Ron Haney on bass, Bob Boyd on drums and percussion, Sam Sherman on keyboards, and Todd Sherman on guitar.
