NJ's Premier Neil Young Tribute

Playing the music of Canadian singer, songwriter, musician -Neil Young- has been a lifelong passion for lead vocalist & guitarist, John Hathaway, and he makes no bones about it. “Neil Young is the reason I learned to play guitar”, according to John. For the last 30 years, he has been studiously learning the ins and outs of Neil's work, perfecting the now famous and unique acoustic guitar palm muting technique and one of a kind electric guitar lead work that are Neil's trademarks. “The guitar work and vocals need to be extremely close for the hardcore fans” states John. "We're re-creating albums or live recordings and I want people to leave thinking they just saw the best thing next to Neil Young in person." 

On Thursday, February 17th, 2022, Decade will once again return to Tim McLoones Supper Club in Asbury Park. This visit will be dedicated to cuts from the 1979 Neil Young album “Rust Never Sleeps” and the subsequent Live Rust tour, plus additional bonus material from Neil’s extensive catalog. This show will feature many of Neil s greatest hits including Cinnamon Girl , Powderfinger , Like a Hurricane and many more.

What sets Decade apart from many tribute bands is the authenticity level that the band rises to. With almost note for note detail and eerily similar vocals on every song, Decade is sure to leave audiences thrilled and hungry for more.

Decade is led by front man John Hathaway performing as Neil, along with an outstanding group of veteran Jersey Shore musicians including Gordon Bunker Strout (guitar), Big John Perry (bass), Joe Napolitano (pedal steel), Billy Siegel (keys), Bob Giunco (drums and percussion) and Pam McCoy (backing vocals)

IN AN EFFORT TO MAKE ALL OF OUR GUESTS FEEL COMFORTABLE, GROUP SEATING DOES NOT APPLY. THERE IS A 2, 4 or 6 TICKET MINIMUM ON ALL TABLES.

A $25 PER PERSON FOOD & BEVERAGE MINIMUM IS REQUIRED

TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. SHOULD THE VENUE NEED TO CANCEL THE SHOW, A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED LESS PROCESSING FEES.
